No, we are open to all types of customers.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE SPECIAL OFFERS FOR LICENSED STYLISTS?

You may be eligible for a special offer, once your license has been approved and verified with our team.

 

CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?

HOW DO I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

To check the status of your order online, please login to your account. You will also receive a confirmation email once the order has been placed.

 

I PLACED MY ORDER AND WANT TO UPGRADE MY SHIPPING. HOW DO I DO THIS?

HOW DO I APPLY THE DISCOUNT CODE?

Please add the promo code during checkout in the promo code section located in the shopping cart.

 

I PURCHASED THE WRONG ITEM, CAN I EXCHANGE IT FOR A DIFFERENT COLOR/LENGTH/PRODUCT?

If you have purchased the wrong item, please contact us immediately. You will be required to ship the item back to us. When shipping the item back to us, please carefully refer to our return policy and make sure to follow the guidelines. Please note that you may be responsible for any shipping costs that may incur.

 

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT CAN I DO?

Please contact us immediately upon receiving your product. A representative will contact you within 24-48 hours. You may be required to provide pictures of how the product is damaged/defective.

WHAT IS REMY HAIR?

Remy Hair is the highest grade of real human hair that are used in wigs or hair extensions with cuticles running in the same direction. Remy hair provides the best in quality and durability for wigs and extensions.

 

ARE YOUR HAIR EXTENSIONS MADE FROM REMY HAIR?

Our hair is 100% Chinese Human Remy Hair. Unlike Indian Remy Hair which is finer, it is prone to damage during color processing. In short, Chinese Remy Hair is coarser and can achieve better color and lasts longer than Indian Remy Hair.

 

HOW DO YOU TAKE CARE/MAINTAIN HAIR EXTENSIONS?

Please consult with your stylist on proper care. We do recommend using sulfate free, alcohol free based shampoo for best results.

 

WHAT COLOR BEST MATCHES MY HAIR COLOR?

Colors that you see on your monitor or screen may be different to what you see in person. We recommend that you consult with your stylist.

 

HOW MANY PACKS OF HAIR WOULD I NEED TO DO A FULL INSTALLATION?

Each person is different, some may need 1 pack, some may need 2-3. It all depends on how much volume and how much hair you would like to apply. We recommend that you consult with your stylist.

 

ARE WE ABLE TO COLOR/DYE/BLEACH YOUR EXTENSIONS?

We only recommend that you tone down or do a deposit on the extensions. Please note that chemically altering the hair extension voids your return and/or refund.

 

REWARDS PROGRAM

WHAT IS THE HAIR EVERMORE REWARDS LOYALTY PROGRAM?

The Hair Evermore Rewards Loyalty Program is our way of showing our appreciation. For every purchase made at Hair Evermore, you can have the opportunity to earn points. You can use the points to earn discounts off purchases. The more points you collect, the more you save.

 

WHO CAN JOIN?

Anyone with an account at Hair Evermore is automatically enrolled to our Hair Evermore Rewards Loyalty Program.

 

HOW DO I LEAVE THE PROGRAM?

If you no longer wish to be a part of Hair Evermore’s rewards loyalty program, please contact us. Please note that once you have made the decision and leave the program, the points you have accrued will be removed showing a balance of 0 points and unredeemable.

 

HOW DO I EARN REWARDS?

Please create an account at Hair Evermore and you will automatically be enrolled to our Hair Evermore Rewards Loyalty Program. You can easily begin earning rewards by making purchases at Hair Evermore. For every $1 you spend you earn 1 point.

 

HOW DO I REDEEM REWARDS?

You can start redeeming rewards to apply for a discount after your points have accumulated to 100+ points from purchasing at Hair Evermore. In your cart, you’ll have the option to redeem your available points to apply for a discount on purchases made at Hair Evermore. For every 100 points you earn, you will receive a $2 discount. Points are only redeemable for discount in increments of 100 points. For example, if you’ve earned a total of 154 points, you will only be able to redeem 100 points for a $2 discount. The remainder balance of 54 points will be stored in your account and you can apply it once you reach the next 100 point increment and/or you have the option to save the points for additional discount on future purchases. HOW DO I CHECK MY REWARDS BALANCE?

Your current rewards balance can be viewed under My Account.

 

IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF POINTS I CAN EARN?

No, you can earn as many points possible.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I DID NOT EARN REWARDS FOR A PURCHASE I PREVIOUSLY MADE?

During the checkout process, please give our website a few minutes to process your orders and for rewards points status to be updated to your account. Please make sure you are logged in to view your points balance. If you are still experiencing problems with your rewards, please contact us.

 

THE REWARDS ON MY ACCOUNT IS NOT SHOWING THE ACCURATE POINT BALANCE. WHAT DO I DO?

Your rewards may not be displaying an accurate point balance due to the following reasons:

  • Your account is being shared with someone. Hair Evermore advises customers not to share accounts.
  • A refund has been issued. If the item was returned for an exchange, the points you earned at the time of purchase will remain unchanged. However, points will be deducted if you have returned an item for refund. Orders that have been refunded will not earn points.

DO MY REWARDS EXPIRE?

Your rewards will not expire. However, if you do leave the program or if you delete or close your account with us, your points will no longer exist or be redeemable.

 

SHIPPING

MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS. WHAT DO I DO?

We are sorry to hear about the unfortunate event. Please notify us immediately thru contact us and contact FedEx directly for any shipping issues. We are not responsible if the package is lost or delivered to the wrong address.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation e-mail will be provided with tracking number when your product has shipped. For more details, please check account.

 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75. Shipping cost may vary by ship location, size, and weight of the product.
