SHIPPING POLICY
Once your orders are placed, they are typically processed within 24 business hours excluding weekends and holidays. We ship using FedEx for both Domestic and International orders. Our products are shipped from California. If an item is currently out of stock, a notification will be sent to you.
1. GROUND SHIPPING
Please give around 3 – 7 business days to receive ground delivery orders. Package delivery times will vary depending on your location.
2. EXPEDITED SHIPPING
We offer expedited shipping with FedEx services. We comply to FedEx shipping times and services. For more detailed information on expedited shipping services, please refer to FedEx. Please give around 1 – 3 business days depending on the shipping method selected to receive your order. Expedited shipping is available if the items are available in stock. If an item is out of stock, we will send you a notification.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide but customers will be responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.
4. HOLIDAY SHIPPING
Hair Ever More will be closed on holidays and does not ship orders on: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
5. OUT OF STOCK
